Progress Reflection

Designing games has a lot of different components to them. Having to think about different types of questions along with the different difficulties of questions. Learning about higher order and lower order thinking was something that I had never really thought about until this course. After working with Construction 3, I really enjoyed seeing parts of my game come together. Coding is a very hard concept especially in other coding platforms. Construct 3 was a much simpler version.  Games take a lot more thought process than just a question/answer type of formatting. There are different game flows where certain decisions affect the gameplay and although I was well aware of this, I never realized how much thought went into those decisions.  After the conclusion of this course, I feel a serious game would be a game that has multiple different decision types and many different reward types. Like risk reward and trade off types.
